Join us in 2022 for exciting hands-on workshops at Mānoa Heritage Center. All participants must pre-register for workshops. No refunds 3 days before class begins and no walk-ins.


Hawaiian Floral Arrangement with Kai and Pua (flower) Musubi with Sayuri

Join us in March for a special collaborative workshop between florist Kai Nainoa of Gentle Beast Hawaii and private chef Sayuri Cockey. Participants will create a one-of-a-kind arrangement using foliage from the Mānoa Heritage Center native gardens, learn how to use plants they have on hand as ingredients for a beautiful arrangement, and transform traditional Japanese ingredients into edible works of art.

All materials will be provided.

All participants must complete a health waiver, including uploading or bringing a COVID vaccination card or dated negative test, taken within 48 hours of the event.
